Shipping Policy：

For international shipments (outside the contiguous United States), customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and other fees. Please note, our shipments are delivered duty unpaid (DDU); the product prices do not include these additional charges.

Customers should be prepared to pay any fees levied by their country's government, including but not limited to duties and taxes, as well as any charges imposed by the courier company. We are not responsible for any additional costs incurred after the original shipment has been dispatched.

*If the customer refuses to pay these extra charges, the package might be dropped by customs or returned to us, and we will not refund any amount of money.

Shipping fee:

  • Shipping costs $6.99. 
  • We offer free shipping on orders exceeding $49.99.

For orders consisting of 2 or more items and totalling over $49.99, shipping is free across all regions.

For US customers, we offer a shipping time of 1-3 business days. FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon)

Shipping times to other destinations are as follows:

Canada: 8-12 business days
United Kingdom: 3-8 business days
Germany and Netherlands: 6-8 business days
France: 7-10 business days
Italy, Spain, Portugal: 7-13 business days
Poland and Ireland: 8-10 business days
Hungary, Czech Republic, and Finland: 8-12 business days
All other countries: 10-15 business days

If your delivery takes longer than expected, please contact us for possible reshipment under certain conditions.

Our shipping partners include FedEx, UPS, USPS, 4PX, Yunexpress, Chinaicip, Wanb Express, and LingXun Logistics.

Please note:

The preparation for delivery, which includes quality checks, packing, and paperwork, typically takes 1-3 business days and is not counted towards the total shipping time.

Shipping durations may vary due to customs clearance processes or public holidays.

It's important to mention that we do not offer refunds if you refuse to accept the package we have sent. If you decide you no longer wish to receive your order, please do not refuse delivery. Instead, fill out a return form and send it back with your order.
