All Jlshopinc Products

Items must be returned in their original condition — unused, unaltered, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in their original packaging.

 

Quality Check for Returns

Upon receipt at our warehouse, each returned item will undergo an inspection and/or testing to confirm its eligibility for return based on the criteria listed above. If the item passes our quality check, we will issue a refund. If the inspection determines that the item is not eligible for return or does not meet the required conditions, the return will be rejected, and no refund or credit will be issued.

If a return is rejected, the item will be sent back to the address specified in the original order. We will deduct the return shipping fee of $6.99 from any refund due for other item(s) returned in the same order. Please note that we reserve the right to adjust this fee.

In certain instances, at our sole discretion, we may choose to issue a refund for a rejected return item instead of returning it to you.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact Jlshopinc Customer Service within 24 hours of receipt.

 

Return Shipping Fee

The first return package for any order is free of charge. A $6.99 shipping fee will be refunded within 1-15 days.

Please note that any subsequent returns must also be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.
